Our Policy Due to the nature of our fulfilment process, we do not accept physical returns. However, we are committed to making things right if something goes wrong.
Eligible for a Full Refund or Replacement:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Item received is incorrect (wrong product or variant)
- Item never arrived (after 45 days from order date)
To be eligible, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at shopifyaustraliaqld@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Change of Mind We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, so please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.
International Orders Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
